Booking Instructions

Within the ‘Courses’ section, choose the desired course and complete the purchase process. Purchases can be made for single days by selecting a singular session. If your child is joining later from the start date, please contact us and we can see how we can accommodate them for a later start.

Booking both weekly sessions: Children attending both the Tuesday and Saturday sessions receive 20% off. This can be booked directly with Farrell — email farrell@combinationclub.com to arrange your booking and discount.

All parents must also complete the Child Information and Permissions Form, which includes emergency contact details and necessary consents.

Class Information

What to expect

In our sessions, we’ve crafted an ideal mix of work and play, ensuring kids learn and train while thoroughly enjoying themselves. Each 45 minute session is divided into three engaging segments: Warmup, Boxing, and Fun.

1. Kick off

We kick off with a 10-minute fitness and warm-up period, packed with partner games and activities like skipping and footwork exercises. This not only gets them moving but also encourages social interaction.

2. Session core

The core of the session, lasting about 20-25 minutes, is dedicated to boxing. Here, kids learn the essentials of the sport – from footwork and punching techniques to defense and movement. These skills are taught through a variety of partner drills, games, and pad work. This segment is designed to be both a mental and physical challenge, promoting cognitive development in a fun and interactive setting.
