Class Information

What to expect

In our sessions, we’ve crafted an ideal mix of work and play, ensuring kids learn and train while thoroughly enjoying themselves. Each 45 minute session is divided into three engaging segments: Warmup, Boxing, and Fun.

1. Kick off

We kick off with a 10-minute fitness and warm-up period, packed with partner games and activities like skipping and footwork exercises. This not only gets them moving but also encourages social interaction.

2. Session core

The core of the session, lasting about 20-25 minutes, is dedicated to boxing. Here, kids learn the essentials of the sport – from footwork and punching techniques to defense and movement. These skills are taught through a variety of partner drills, games, and pad work. This segment is designed to be both a mental and physical challenge, promoting cognitive development in a fun and interactive setting.

3. Wrap it up

The session wraps up with games, embodying the principle that hard work leads to great rewards. We infuse classic games like ‘Stuck in the Mud,’ dodgeball, tug of war, and relay races with a boxing twist, ensuring a fun and fulfilling end to the class.
