Booking Instructions

Within the ‘Courses’ section, choose the desired course and complete the purchase process. Purchases can be made for singular days by selecting a singular session. If your child is joining later from the start date, please contact us and we can see how we can accommodate them for a later start.

Camp Information

Harpenden Boxing Club’s Ages 11 to 15 Camp is a high-energy, non-contact day focused on developing real boxing skills. Young people will build technique, fitness, and confidence through structured drills, technical coaching, and team challenges — all in a fun, supportive environment.

WHAT to bring?

Participants should bring a packed lunch, a water bottle, and comfortable sportswear they can sweat in, including suitable footwear for active movement. Harpenden Boxing Club provides gloves to borrow for sessions, so no need to buy if your child doesn’t own a pair.

 
 

What to expect

At Harpenden Boxing Club’s Ages 11 to 17 Boxing Camp, participants will learn the fundamentals of boxing from start to finish, guided by experienced coaches. The camp is packed with fun games and engaging activities that make learning enjoyable and energetic. Attendees will develop their skills, build confidence, and form friendships in a supportive and lively environment.

Boxing Fundamentals

Participants will learn the essential techniques of boxing, including the proper stance, footwork, and punch combinations. Coaches will guide them step by step, ensuring they understand the basics while building a solid foundation in the sport. Whether they are beginners or have some experience, everyone will get the chance to learn and improve at their own pace.

Fun and Games

The camp is packed with a variety of fun activities and team-building games designed to keep the atmosphere lively and engaging. From agility challenges to reaction-based drills, the games are not only entertaining but also help participants enhance their speed, coordination, and strategic thinking. These activities ensure that learning remains exciting and dynamic throughout the camp.

Skill Development and Confidence Building

Beyond learning boxing techniques, participants will work on improving their agility, coordination, and overall fitness. The supportive and encouraging environment helps build confidence as they see their progress over the camp. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to form friendships with their peers, creating a sense of camaraderie and team spirit.
