What to expect

In our sessions we help young people not only enjoy themselves but also build the skills and fitness needed to excel in the sport of boxing. Each 1 hour session is divided into three engaging segments: Warmup; Boxing; Strength and Conditioning

1. Kick off

We kick off with a 10-minute fitness and warm-up period, packed with partner games and activities like skipping and footwork exercises. This not only gets them moving but also encourages social interaction.

2. Session core

The core of each session, lasting 35-45 minutes, is focused on boxing fundamentals. During this time, young participants will master the essentials of the sport, including footwork, punching techniques, defense, and movement. These skills are taught through a mix of partner drills, interactive games, and pad work, offering both a mental and physical challenge. For those ready to take their skills to the next level, certain sessions will also include optional, closely supervised sparring, ensuring a safe and controlled environment for practical experience.

3. Wrap it up

To finish each session, we complete a full-body workout aimed at boosting overall fitness and stamina. This simple but effective routine includes exercises that work every major muscle group, ensuring a balanced workout. We then cool down with a guided stretch to improve flexibility and aid in recovery, leaving participants feeling strong and refreshed.
